If everything on the pictures is included, it still lacks a magneto, con-rods, pinions, primary cush drive, cams, an oil pump, a seat plus several other items you don't miss at first glance. The pistons also look pretty HC. I don't think they belong in there?
But if the price is adequate, it would make a nice project, although there is some labour involved...

Looks like the front brake is missing, too.

It's like a picture puzzle. Who can find more missing parts?  *smile*
