Hi all,
I am after a set of crankcase’s which I have advertised in old bike mart,
My question is of all the cases I have seen there appears to be 4 dot marks on the drive side bearing housing is this normal.

....if you mean on the outside, around the oil seal, yes. The vast majority of crankcases have punch marks to provide additional security for the oil seal. Occasionally you may come across some that don't have the dots but, usually, they're there.

Greetings Ray!  If you want to get into the Forum a bit, post some piccies and a bit of background info.  You won't find a greater wealth of knowledge about Beezas (or much else, for that matter) on these pages *ex*
