  . . . . than seeing an old warhorse still doing what it does best.

Many thousands of km after it left my hands at the start of the pan(dem)ic, the A10 I used as the failsafe workhorse is still starting first prod and providing daily transport for a guy who was looking for 'a modern bike' - as all his many others are pre-war or WD. Came round on it today, almost made me sentimental  . . .
Sounded the same, ran the same, still needs a good wash  . . . Great Bike!

Bets are off on how long the motor can hang together.  Infinity Miles seems a reasonable guess, as it is regularly run at 80mph and thrives on it. I never rode it that fast, but who can tell the longevity of a large journal thick flange flat piston well screwed together A10 motor???
