Gold Star DBD 34

A mostly original dbd34 albeit with a 'not so sure gearbox' sold for 10350 incl fees yesterday at Silverstones auction. Looked like a bargain to me.

i hope it gets ridden hard and makes lots of smiles. there's a couple going in NZ atm for silly money. i think its only a bargain if you would have paid more, which i wouldn't.  i assume it sold to cashed up old blokes chasing their youth. in a few years time when the hip operations and green politics take firmer hold i assume they'll be worth very little, as who from the next generation will be interested in carrying the torch forward? I plan to thrash the snot out of my B33 (that's like a DBD right??) so there's little left to waste at that end of days. (tho I promise to be nicer to the A10)

Well my lad is looking forward to inheriting my A10, hopefully he'll get many years of pleasure out of looking at it in his garage after they ban the sale of petrol. Lol 😂
