BSA A7S frame number

I just bought this BSA A7S frame , with the number BA7 S number 431 , does this make it from  1953 ? Hope you can help , thanks Harry

Thank you very much !Better get on with it , will try to be at Bonneville next year with it,in the  Vintage Gas Class .Hope it dont rain !!!    *beer*
