Major forum software update done

Forum and hosting software has been subjected to some major 'code modernization', should make it possible to keep everything running for another good chunk of time, keeping up with changes of internet tech.

Amazingly, resulted in one (known) bug only: entering a new (or modifying previous) birthdate in profile won't stick. Will be fixed someday.

If anyone spots anything, please post here.

One notification email was to a post many years old.
Strange, nothing has been stuck in outgoing mail. Related to which post\member, may find an explanation. btw, you've got notif set for over 4500 topics, maybe time to clean the attic :O)

I’m using safari on iPhone. Get this when I click on the rss.

^^^ Browsers usually got the reader built in and working, I see that Safari don't, no need to go ahead and install anything unless you want to try, or need, rss. Thanks for posting. For the forum, it seems the latest update broke the rss in some browsers. A bug, will be fixed. But I think not many use the feature here anyway.

For those who wonder, RSS is a feature available on many websites and forums, delivers specific content, interests, news, articles in a simplified\concentrated view. Can be very useful\practical, to test it, try some news feed:
