C'mon TT, you could have shown the rubber boot as well. Adrian has perhaps only seen the later pressed steel cover.
Adrian, Get the connectors soldered to the wires, they push into the dynamo, held by that little bridge piece. A stylish rubber boot keeps out the weather. We used to just push the bared wire through the connector, bend it back, jamb it in. The bridge piece did the trick, held it in place, OK. But for reliability, a good soldered joint helps.
