I did some searching....What speedo will work on my 61 A10 ? It's not a restoration so a less expensive magnetic unit is fine if it'll function ok, thanks

If you’re looking for the cheapest solution, bicycle speedometers work. I have one in addition the chronometric.

The Indian versions work BUT you'll need a modified cable to fit both ends ... & a modified bracket because the Indian type screw in central on the back of the gauge..

Ok....the bike has a late 60' s Triumph rear wheel that can accept a Smiths drive....Probably that, a cable and Triumph speedo would be best...
