I rode a Himalayan up in Nepal last year - worked very well. Thinking about getting one for extended road trips that will include some of the rough stuff.

This encourages me to be positive about any new BSA. If RE can succeed, then a new BSA seems possible.

Apparently Honda, having seen the success of RE, now want to move into the Indian market. The bike isn't the smartest or sportiest bike on the market but has an extremely good MPG figure. Not going to be sold in the West by all accounts.
