Just finished doing up this 1954 250cc Clipper, bit of a basket case when I got it. Starts first kick and really runs well , nice high top gear reaches speed limit easily, compared with the C11 I have its a better bike, brakes are excellant. Just the revinning process which shouldnt be to hard have papers and plate, was last on road early 1980s milage on speedo matches papers, 21000, had one rebore
