No sh*t  Sherlock! Yellow headlamp bulbs and the use of a national icon brand can only mean a French adaption of fine English Parts. Bon chance, Monsieur, elle va bien, n'est ce pas?

The  assembly of  a correct period rear mudguard stay would ensure the effort is a worthy Concours d'Elegance Winner, perfection in every detail.
