They are for a friend's bike which he has had for many years, but he has asked me to renovate the bike. His bike is a 1951 model, so plunger with the bolt on gearbox, and the I think the rear mudguard we want is 67-6771. Both guards are pictured well on Musky's picture of his A7. A non-ribbed plunger rear mudguard will be coming off the bike which may be of interest to you in exchange, happy to send a picture. Here is a picture of Musky's bike, this is the look we are aiming for.

Sorry I shouldn't have used it without your permission. Would it be better if I remove it?

Steve,

Why do I think you are going to have a hard time parting with this bike when it's done and will be pleading with Joseph to let you buy it from him? Better make an offer now, while it's not worth as much.

Richard,

You have a point!
But I know for certain he will want to hang onto it, he has had it for over 40 years.
I have known it (and him) since 1975 too. I have ridden this bike myself in those days.

Some relationships don't change very much. I'm sure I shall ride it again, but the ownership is not going to change. Its just Sepperl's (Josef's) "Beezah" and will stay that way.
