Do you know if there is a difference between 67-4847 (plunger A10) and 42-4730 (s/a A10)???
Its just they look the same, but prices are different on ebay and I'd like to save a few pounds if you can help me...

Not the same.
Plunger attaches to a flat plate on stand and swinging arm attaches to a circular stud on stand.
