A bit sad, but apparently it's time for this to move on.
This was the 2nd or 3rd bike I restored, and had a bit of a sweet spot for it. From memory it even won the Pic of the year contest here with it.
Atleast it's going to a forum member here, and hope he gets some enjoment out of it and we get to see it out and about.....
