The more I look at this, the crappier the whole thing is.

 Spend a minute to look at each picture, I think he tried to include everything that's wrong or hacked up on this bike. That way he can say to the unhappy next owner all the bodgery was in the pictures.

 I dont think there is 100 dollars worth of stuff here.
