 Word has it that 1/4 BSF is the original thread for grease nipples of the time. Early style are conical, and a "modern" Wanner type of gun won't seal on these...you need ball head type. Search on the Forum for Grease Nipples and Plunger Suspension Grease Nipples. Its' all there.

I'm glad you said that, I was wondering. I seem to recall getting a bag of 1/4 BSF grease nipples off e-bay.

All sorted, cheers guys.

Still waiting for new oil feed pipe to arrive, but sealed old one with fibre washers, and vibration issues fixed with two new bolts in the gearbox mounting……took a bit to square it up for assess to the holes but I got there in the end.

A short run today and it’s seemed much better
