G'day all, muskrat's the name, A7/10's the game. Got my 1st Beeza in '79 a A65L, took a year to rebuild back to std. Then went to God 2 weeks later ! Rescued the '51 A7 from a chook shed where it had been roosting for 15 years in '81, on the road in '84 and still going strong. Modified for modern Hwy use, '56 top end, 12 volt candles, Boyer ign. In '91 I bought a '57 A7SS in very poor nick from Brazil. I rebuilt it for Classic Road Racing, and with constant development ( and a few blowups ) I won the B grade NSW state Champs in '96 & '97. Then the BIG BANG. No job, no money, SS in shed. Started re-rebuilding a few months ago as a A10 cafe and should be finished in a month or so.
I am a member & machine examiner (classic rego) of the Shoalhaven Classic Motorcycle Club, fitter & turner by trade, rebuilt my first bike at 12yo. My other ride is a '83 CB1100F (fully rebuilt of corse).
