Looks like a Sach Engine. Didn't Wassell make a scrambler like these and they were 125. I road one in 1970, very quick.

Hi Chris and All,
A google search showed me an old ad for the same model 210cc
Several other models show up in google images of "Champ"
I could not find out where they were made though?
I'll guess that they are from China

G'day Chris.
Looks very CZ/Jawa'ish. I had a Jawa with the gear and kick on the same shaft.
As John said it may be a Chinese knock off.

the only markins we have found on it are on the carb which says made in Czechoslovakia i cant see the Chinese using a czeck carb but who knows.
