wtb super rocket big valve head

Hi Pat, I'm assuming the one I replied to on brit bike is not what you are after? Yes not perfect, but if you get stuck it is the correct item with easy repair

hi guys, yeah the proverbial `hens teeth`springs to mind, I bought mine 25 yrs ago for $200.00 NZ, needed guides/valves and springs, cheers

How do you identify a 'Big Valve' head? How was it different from other Super Rocket heads?

Big valve heads are 67-1549 or 67-1571 as cast on the bottom of the inlet manifold.
The 71 was over-stamped on the 49 for those particular heads.

Sold to white slaver pirates off the coast of trafalgar? Bought a discounted Iron 883 and went for the live to ride bling?  Parted out your project on ebay and ashamed about the reaction?  (Some punter in Texas is parting out a 57 on ebay right now, looks like it was a viable project before he scattered it into 38 listings).

I am willing to help out another enthusiast with a possible viable cyl head but lacking response I guess It will go on ebay soon.

I did find one for the project I'm working on. If the price is right, I may buy another for an upcoming project.
