Hi, Are the kickstart cranked at different angles? I've just put mine on after changing from siamese pipes and the kickstart goes right in the middle of the silencer.

Yep and they mostly have the same size ole Me seems to remember ony 4 different kick start shaft diameters so you can look around for one that steps out.
If you don't mind non folding ones the pre-unit singles tend to step out a long way.
