Hi just a quick Hello , new to the forum and my BSA. When I was growing up I was always around bikes and passed my test and went from the trusty Bantam to an Ajs 350 , then a break of a few years then on to japanese bikes and so never made the Bsa twins. for the last 10 year we have been to the Manx GP and when I am there I get a wanting for a bike I never had as a youth and what with one thing and another never had the spare cash to buy one. Earlier this year I was left a sum of money by my dad and when my wife said will you be putting it in the isa or shall we do the kitchen?........neither I said interest rates are poor and kitchen is fine, I am buying a bike I always wished I had when younger . And so started quest for a 650 twin and ended up with a trip to Kent and purchase of a 1955 plunger type A10 Golden Flash seems to be original and roadworthy( though im ready to be told different when I manage to get some pics on ) and in black and chrome. Any way did I say quick hello ? im sure I will have lots of questions and always willing to learn.
