How do I subscribe to a topic or forum?

How do I subscribe to a topic or forum (i.e. get an e-mail whenever there is a new post in that area)? The instructions say "click the Notify button when you are reading the topic" but I can't find a "notify" button. What does it look like, and where is it?

Well, I've never used it but it appears to be just to the right of the "Reply" button that I just pushed below your post.

All functions not active for 'New' membergroup (few posts), but notifications for that group is now activated.
