Very nice car, but why 1\100th of the allowed filesize.
Just save your original picture to your pc\mac\linux, then use any of the dozens of freely available photoediting programs and set size to (for example) 1600 width x autoratio height, and save as .jpg
Example, downloaded from photobucket, resized to 1600 width, saved as .jpg, uploaded to forum.
Takes less than a minute.
