Can't help you with the crankshaft, but would love to see some pictures of the bikes - never heard of some of them. How is Poland these days?

Good idea indeed. Make a new topic in 'Other' board.

I have a small journal crank from a swinging arm engine. Its complete with rods and shells. I don't know whether it will fit a plunger or not.
Funny thing is I was in Zakopane last week!

i have a re ground - 20 crank small journal but it would cost a lot to get it safely to Poland ..Worty as regards the nuts i prefer brazil nuts to pea nuts, and yes i am nuts. a good day on the *beer* box spanners were used but on your engine i put the long nut into the tunnel because i did and it made it easier for me and my modern socket things. i did the same with mine but used allen bolts instead of studs. i still don't understand why there needs to be that long nut put where it was back int day, *conf2* *conf2* what advantage was having the long nut there anyway when they had box spanners *dunno* i would have thought having a standard nut in the crank case tunnel would be more of a PITA . answers on a crate of john smiths please i have got the guinness so no worries :-: *yeah*

Was that a typo on the T-shirt - everything else looks correct *grins* *beer*
I knew there was something bothering me about the 'long nut', I just couldn't put my finger on it until now (geddit). *wink2* *whistle*
