Title: Tony East Collection To Be Auctioned

More a Triumph man than BSA, Tony had a magnificent collection of meticulously restored bikes at Kirk Michael on Manxland, a regular visit of mine every year to the museum or via VMCC events that ended there. An even bigger gap in my Manx visits after Stella closed the sprawling Jurby Junk and Jurby track day ended.

Sadly following Tony's passing the entire collection is to be auctioned, some cracking bikes there!

I guess the depressing side of it is the low value placed on even museum-quality  A7's and A10's.

Many of those "valuations" were spot-on to high (rather than cheap) in my opinion.

Yes. That's why it's depressing.
