Hi Richard L,
Thanks for the warm welcome to the forum,
So here is my BSA "career" so far :- age 3-5 introduced to the BSA range by my father on family holidays to the south coast of England in his M21 combo. - age 15 given a D1 bantam for my first bike by my cousin and used it to ride the local woodland tracks before reaching the legal road riding age - age 17 riding my mates super rocket as a pillion and thinking one day I would get one too.
since then numerous other bike makes until coming full circle back to BSA when I restored an M21 in 2005 which I exchanged for a 1961 A10 Gold Flash which is my current only steed (still hankering after a super rocket but prices are climbing high in uk).
I've been looking at the forum for some while now and finally decided to make my first posting when I saw a request for a part that I had on a shelf in the shed, thinking it may help a fellow enthusiast to keep the BSA marque alive.
Will try and post some pictures of the GF later. - Richard
